The Challenge and Our Solution
Biarri Networks needed to scale its fibre network planning capability to support growing global telecom projects. However, finding technically skilled planners with strong mathematical and geospatial expertise locally was challenging and costly.
The challenge was building a team that could quickly integrate with Biarri’s engineering workflows, deliver high-quality fibre network designs, and collaborate effectively with global project teams.
