We are in search of a Sales Administrator who can provide our partner with exceptional support as they continue to grow their business. We’re interested in hiring someone who is motivated, detail-oriented and most importantly, a team player. 


What are you expected to do?

  • Quote for defects reported by service technicians in the field.
  • Send defect quotation to customers
  • Keep the number of defects to a minimum
  • Process invoice from Service Requests made by customers
  • Request purchase orders for service requests to be invoiced
  • Regularly maintain a monitoring report for defects quoted and service requests invoiced

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 1 year previous experience within a service delivery environment,
  • You have knowledge in the operations of a building services/facilities maintenance organisation
  • You possess strong written & verbal communication skills (English Language)
  • You have good computer and administration skills
  • You have intermediate to high general computer literacy
  • Have previous experience in estimating and/or preparation of quotations; have experience in content writing
