We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is a self-starter, creative thinker, proactive and enthusiastic. It is important that he/she is a team player, as keen on the success of those around you as of your own. This person will be working on an internal Javascript application that our partner has developed to assist in calculating the cryptocurrency balances and taxable income of our clients who invest in crypto across a range of exchanges.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the implementation of frontend and backend software solutions using the following stack: Javascript, React, PHP (Laravel) and MySQL.
Improve the accuracy of the application and to increase the number of cryptocurrency exchanges on the platform.
Think of new and creative ways to optimize the platform.
Perform testing, identify errors and implement solutions.
Implement API designs and architecture.
Build and maintain software on Google Cloud.

Qualifications

You have 5 years of experience coding in JavaScript, experience with React is a huge plus.
You have experience building backend systems using PHP and Laravel Framework.
You have experience working with relational databases such as MySQL.
You are a good communicator in English as you will be working closely with both IT and Accounting professionals.
You have some experience in cryptocurrency, FinTech or another industry that deal with exchange rates.
You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. (Equivalent practical experience will be considered) .
